Student Registration Division

The main task of the Student Registration Branch is to perform tasks related to registration of new entrants selected to the University by the University Grants Commission annually. In addition, this branch is responsible for the preparation, issue and verification of Degree and Diploma Certificates of all Faculties and Institutions, which are in the custody of the branch. Further, Garlands of all Faculties and Institutes and Cloaks are also in the custody of this branch.

The head of this branch functions as the Secretary of the Board of Discipline and Admission Committee. Another task of this Branch is to facilitate the conduct of disciplinary inquiries related to students. Moreover, this branch plays a key role in the organization of the Annual Convocation by carrying out works related to logistics and the ceremony.
