Gives the opportunity to expose oneself to a plethora of theoretical and applied aspects of Agricultural Biology. bioSubject coverage spans from knowledge on Plant Physiology, Plant Breeding, Genetics, Pathology, Microbiology, Entomology, Systematics, to high-end biotech applications like Molecular Marker-aided Biotechnology research.

The programme also provides extensive hands-on training on biology related laboratory and field work. The students are provided with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the national level research undertaken at the Agricultural Biotechnology Centre, where they have the unique opportunity of working with ultra modern, high-tech equipment both at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
