The applicant should have at least:

  1. Passed all the subjects in the G.C.E A/L examination, or
  2. Passed two subjects in the G.C.E A/L examination with two years industry experience at the appropriate level, or
  3. Passed the G.C.E O/L examination with four years industry experience at the appropriate level, or
  4. Any other equivalent qualification approved by the Board of Management of the CDCE

The applicant should have at least:

  1. Passed General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) in Sri Lanka, or
  2. A foundation course equivalent to SLQF level 2 after a minimum of 12 years of schooling followed by passing an aptitude test, or
  3. Passed General Certificate of Education (Ordinary Level) in Sri Lanka and 3 years working experience in the relevant field OR Certificate obtained from the Faculty of Management in the relevant field.
