Department of Oral Medicine, Periodontology & Radiology
The division of Radiology provides services to all the clinical Departments and Divisions of the Faculty of Dental Sciences and also to the OPD section of the Dental hospital. It also extends its services to the neighboring hospitals, such as Teaching hospital, Kandy, Peradeniya, Sirimavo bandaranayake Specialized Hospital for children and Base hospital Kadugannawa, where certain radiology facilities are not available. The basic general and Dental radiography including OPG and Cephalograms and Ultrasonography facilities are available at the division.
