| How to apply for the degree claim: |
Here is a selection of forms that are useful to the students of the faculty and students can easily download them here when it is necessary. |
- Fill the form and send it to the Assistant Registrar of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Peradeniya.
- Each request form needs the approval of the Head of the Department and Assistant
Registrar of the faculty.
- The faculty board has the authority for taking the last decisions.
