Instructions for Preparation of Oral Presentations
Oral presentations should be made using MS Power Point 2003 or 2007. Each oral presentation will be limited to 12 minutes followed by a discussion time of 3 minutes.
Instructions for Preparation of Poster Presentations
The hard copy of your poster should be fixed on the poster board provided at the venue where presentations are being carried out on either 22nd August afternoon (between 2.00 – 4.00 p.m.) or on 23rd August morning (7. 30 – 8. 15 a.m).
Posters will be displayed throughout the day. The presenter/s should be with the poster from 12.00 - 1.00 pm on 23rd August which is the official time allocated for posters.
Instructions for Preparation of Posters
The display board for each poster will be 90 cm (3’) high and 120 cm (4’) wide.
- The Title, Author(s), and their affiliations should be indicated at the top of the poster.
- The lettering of the title should be at least 3 cm high and author(s) and their institutional affiliations should be at least 2 cm high.
- The text and illustration of the poster(s) should be readable from about 1 m distance (font size: minimum 20).
- The data should be presented in logical and self-explanatory sequence. A sample poster is given below.
