The University Botanical Society is a student society, which appreciates and help in conserve nature.

We organize various Project activities, Talks and Guest Lectures, regarding current aspects of Science and Technology to stimulate an active interest in Botany and related fields among the university students. Members of the society do actively participate in Shramadana campaigns, Exhibitions and Field visits where there is lot of joy and also get an opportunities to share their knowledge. Although appreciating nature is one of our major motives, we are perpetually obliged to share what we yield with the general public. PHYTA, the scientific journal of the University Botanical Society containing current research news is published annually and it has gained an outstanding success and a wide recognition.

Over the years, we maintain the image of the society high, with the dynamism and dedication of our members.

The survival of the future lies in the hands of ours. So, let us join hands together to make this effort meaningful.
