Mission
The mission of the department of Veterinary Public Health and Pharmacology is to ensure animal welfare, occupational health and safety while conserving biodiversity and attempt to implement early diagnostic methods in emerging zoonotic diseases, monitoring food borne pathogens and chemical residues in order to safe guard the public and consumers of food of animal origin.
