Overview

The Project Manager’s office attends to the overall Project Management activities of the Capital Projects, selected Renovation, and Rehabilitation Projects, and AHEAD (OTIS) Projects. Preparing Capital Project Estimations, and Postgraduate Institute Estimation works with design solutions where necessary. Dealt with Project/University stakeholders for the construction activities and related requirements under the University Registrar’s approvals and recommendations. Chair/Member of the Technical Evaluation Committees and giving advice, and instructions where necessary. Attend to all requests/requirements as per internal Faculties, Departments, Sections, Divisions, and Unit requests related to the Project Management functions. The Project Manager (Construction Works) reported to the Registrar and the Vice-Chancellor of the University
