Prof. Janaka Ruwanpura, the Vice-Provost and Associate Vice President Research (International), University of Calgary, Canada visited University of Peradeniya on December 19th, 2022. He met with the Vice-Chancellor, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and the Deans of Faculties at the Senate. Possible collaborations with Canadian universities such as student and staff exchange programs, research collaborations and possibility of appointing Canadian professors as adjunct professors were discussed.
