Checking the DNS
Please follow these instructions to check the DNS.
1. |
Open the command prompt. To open command prompt; open RUN window, type CMD and press ENTER.

Type "ping 10.40.2.1" and hit ENTER (See the image showing below). |

If the DNS working properly, you can receive a result same as the picture above.If not, DNS might not working. Contact a Technical Support Staff please. |

Checking the PROXY
Please follow these instructions to check the PROXY.

Open the command prompt. To open command prompt; open RUN window, type CMD and press ENTER.

Type "ping 10.40.2.36" and hit ENTER (See the image showing below). 10.40.2.36 is the IP address of the PDN Proxy |

If the PROXY working properly, you can receive a result same as the picture above.If not, PROXY might not working. Contact a Technical Support Staff please. |

Checking the Network Connection
Please follow these instructions to check the Network Connection.

If your internet/network connection is not working, please check the network cable. If the network cable not connected properly; it will show a error message like following picture.
