A. Baur & Co (Pvt.) Limited donated five Laptop Computers to selected students from the Faculty of Agriculture, Management, Engineering, Science & Arts. Mr. Janaka Gunasekara, Director Agriculture, Baur & Co (Pvt.) Limited and Ms. Basnayake, Director, IT and a few Senior Officials of A. Baurs & Company Limited gave away Laptop Computers at a ceremony organized by the University on November 12th. Professor M D Lamawans, the Vice-Chancellor of the University, Professor Terrence Madhujith, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dileep de Silva, the Director of the Career Guidance Unit, Ms. Jayantha Dharmasiri, the Acting Registrar, Mr. Arampath, the Bursar, members of the Colombo Chapter of the Alumni Association of University of Peradeniya attended the meeting.
