The Inauguration of the Working Student Assistantship Program funded by the AAUP New Zealand Chapter was held on 02.02.2023 in the Senate Room. The Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Terrence Madhujith. Mrs. Chithra Jayawickrama, one of the former Vice-Presidents of the AAUP New Zealand Chapter, the Director/Career Guidance Unit, Prof. Dileep de Silva, the Assistant Registrar/Student Services, Mrs. Chandima Ratnayake, and studentship recipients attended the inauguration. 33 students will be benefited from the program.
